Why are there squiggly line in some of the pictures?

The squiggly lines you see in the online images are from a program called Glaze that helps make the images unusable for AI image generators. They only appear on the online images though, and won't be on the actual print you receive. 

 

Can I return a print if I change my mind?

As each print is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

 

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective print?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at artofclanaghan@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Upon confirmation of a damaged or defective item a refund can be issued, or a replacement/corrected print can be shipped to you.

 

How long does it take to receive a refund?

We will notify you once we've received and inspected proof of the damaged print, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at artofclanaghan@gmail.com.

 

What is the shipping time for orders?

Our average shipping times are as follows:

  • USA: 3 - 8 business days
  • Canada: 10 - 30 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10 - 30 business days

* Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7 – 12 business days. In addition, please allow 2-3 business days for production as each item is made to order. Production during the holidays may take additional time.

 

Do you make the prints yourself?

No we do not. We use a third party, print on demand service to make the actual prints. This lets us sell prints to more people worldwide than we would otherwise be able to, as well as being able to print and ship the pieces much faster than we could do ourselves.

 

Do you ship internationally?
